Whispering Pines

Whispering Pines is located off Eastern Avenue in Charlevoix, Michigan. Only nine sites are offered priced between $80,000 and $90,000. A wide selection of home designs is available (minimum 1,800 square feet) - each can be customized by Darnton Builders to fit your needs.

Sites are approximately 120' by 300' with a mixture of pines and hardwoods that emphasize the "up north" feel. Beautiful Hayes Township public beach on Lake Charlevoix is situated at the end of Eastern Avenue, just a short walk from the Whispering Pines properties.

Building with an eye toward blending the homes with the natural rustic beauty of the site (-i.e. log or cedar-sided homes) is encouraged, thereby creating the feeling of a neighborhood in tune with it’s surroundings. The average home price will range between $175.00 - 250.00 per square foot of living space. Complex designs or those with high-end finishing details will fall towards the upper part of the range and possibly higher depending on your selections.
